No living being - plants or otherwise - have yet been discovered in outer space; much less living beings that move through outer space!
the astromers of babylon mapped the stars and the plants
Aratus knew quiet a bit about the stars. He was able ( through his writings ) to give the location of all the constalations he knew of. I guess he struck other astronomers for his knowledge about the stars: knowledge it took them a while to gain.
i really o not understand the significance of the question that is asking
No. Approximately 6000 stars can be seen with the naked eye, but there are many trillions of star out there that we can NOT see with the naked eye. Even the closest star after the Sun - Proxima Centauri - can't be seen without telescopes.

Rocks are to geologists as stars are to astronomers.

Astronomers classify stars.
The color of a star can provide information about its temperature and age. Hotter stars appear blue or white, while cooler stars appear orange or red. This color can help astronomers determine the star's stage in its life cycle and characteristics like size and brightness.
Stars can appear in various colors in space, depending on their temperature. Blue and white stars are hotter, while yellow stars like our Sun are medium temperature, and red stars are cooler. The color of a star can give astronomers clues about its age and stage of evolution.

Astrologers and astronomers.
Astronomers (and their ilk) study stars and planets.
The celestial objects that appear to move backwards among the stars are planets in our solar system. This phenomenon is called retrograde motion and is an apparent backward motion that occurs when Earth passes by these planets in their orbits.
Astronomers use infrared light to map the dust in between stars.
