Eagles typically catch fish during low tide, as this exposes more rocks and shallows where fish may be trapped or easier to spot. The lower water levels can concentrate fish in smaller areas, making them more accessible. Additionally, eagles can take advantage of the exposed landscape to hunt from above. However, they are adaptable hunters and can catch fish at any tide level if conditions are favorable.
The time for high tide and low tide depends on the date of the tide, and the place where you are measuring high and low tide. There isn't a fixed number, unfortunately.
at low tide rockpools are pools at high tide they are part of the sea...

It depends really on how confident you are as a swimmer. If you are capable of swimming in high tide then swim in high tide but if not swim at low tide.
because it sits to low in the water for the water to be deep enough at low tide
It depends on what you are fishing for and where. Normally the fish come in when the tide does and when the tide goes out so do the fish. It is said that when the tide is dead high or dead low its not very good fishing, but fish can be caught in those situations. We normally look at the tide charts and catch the tide when it is coming in, up to the point of full tide.
High tide and low tide can affect many things. If you are going to fish in the ocean, fish sometimes bite more during a certain tidal interval. Certain forms of marine creatures are more active during high tide or low tide.
At low tide, you can typically catch fish that are in shallow waters close to the shore, such as flounder, redfish, striped bass, and speckled trout. These fish often move closer to the shore to feed when the water level is lower.
Harbor Park - Tide station - was created in 2011.
You can typically catch more fish during high tide, as the rising water levels bring more food and nutrients closer to shore, attracting fish to feed. Conversely, during low tide, fish tend to move to deeper waters or sheltered areas, making it more challenging to catch them.

When the tide is high, the water in a port is deeper; this means it is easier to maneuver around shallow areas. At low tide, many obstructions such as sand bars and reefs are exposed, or are close enough to the surface to damage a ship's hull. When the tide is "flowing" or rising, water moves into a river or harbor, making it easier for ships to enter the port and more difficult for ships to leave. When the tide is "ebbing" or falling, water is flowing OUT of the harbor, making it easier for ships to leave port. With powered vessels, this isn't particularly important; but for sailing ships, it can be VERY important to leave port when the tide is ebbing, and enter port when the tide is flowing. In some extreme cases, ships are aground at low tide! The English port of Bristol experiences dramatic tides; in fact, the old saying "ship-shape and Bristol-fashion" refers to having everything put away well enough so that things won't be knocked over when the tide goes out and the ship runs aground - and keels over!
you have a high tide and low tide, tides are affected by the Moon. There is also something called Neap tide and Spring tide. Spring tide occurs in spring and sometime throughout the year. Neap tide is when there is a higher low tide and a lower low tide. Spring tide is when there is a higher low tide and lower high tide
