what do you mean ? if you just got the seventh badge then go to the lake beside snowpoint city then if you did that go to the main team galatic building in veilstone city then there will be a man stand in front of the building then you talk to him he will drop the ware house's key then go to team galatic team's ware house use the key to open the door then fight your way through it then you will find another key then go to the team galatic main building again open the door with the key you found then fight your way through it then you will fight Cyrus then after you defeat him go after him but you not going to catch him but you will fight Saturn to free the three lakes Pokemon then go to MT cornet to catch palkia
