You can catch Heatran and also Darkrai the method for this is by going to the mountain with Mesprit and Cresselia in your top six. Then talk to a man. He'll give you the member pass. Fly to Canalave City and use the pass to get to Newmoon Island then cath Darkrai.

the first time you go to stark mountain, buck will be at the top. he will take the magma stone and the room wil start to shake. then, he'll leave. talk to him at his relative's house and he'll run back to stark mountain to put it back. by the time you get there to check on him, he's nowhere to be found. in his place is the big and powerful heatran. watch out because it's lv. 70!

In Stark Mountain, a legendary pokemon named Heatran rests there. To get there though, you have to go through Stark Mountain's little maze, battle and catch pokemon, and battle trainers. Going to Stark Mountain is really worth the wait though, Heatran is an amazing Pokemon!
