Everyone can get mad at themselves every so often and it's normal. However, if the angry continues then it's a waste of energy and you lose the ability to think straight and rectify your problem(s). You need to sit down and think of why you are mad. For example: If you said something nasty to a friend and hurt that friend then have the guts to go directly to them, look them in the eye and apologize and mean it when you tell them it won't happen again. If you lost a job because you did something you considered a stupid thing to do, then learn from that mistake and get yourself another job (which may turn out better than the job you were in.) There are always solutions to problems in one's life. Some problems may not be able to have full completion, but you can at least resolve the worst part of it and move on. All of us learn from our mistakes. If we didn't make mistakes we wouldn't learn a thing in this complex world.
