Check your video input cable - if it comes loose you can get a blue screen depending on your monitor type. Check both ends, at the PS3 and at the display.
If the connection is good, consider whether or not you've just moved your PS3 to another monitor (for example, from a display using Component Video to one that has HDMI or vice-versa). In such cases, the PS3's last display setting is still set, which means that it won't recognize a newer or different display since it's using the wrong output. You need to change the output display type before you shut it down and move it.
Also try plugging it into a different display to ensure it's not a cable or problem between the PS3 and monitor you're using to narrow down the problem. Try a different cable as well.
Remember that your monitor's input channel must be set right also. If you've accidentally changed the monitor input or the channel your PS3's input is on, it'll also give you the same screen.

It sounds like you will need to modify the your color on your screen. Most TV�s have a box where the speaker panels are located. If you remove that box, you will find a small board, remove that board and you will see 6 bolts/screws that can be adjusted. These are marked G (for green), R (for red) and B (for Blue.) Adjust these screws slightly while the TV is on and be careful not to shock yourself. This should solve your problem why your screen turns blue.
Does a playstation 2 play Blu-ray movies?
