In the Naruto Shippuden Tsunada finds out that she has a son that she gave away 16 years ago. Her son called Kira Sawada he is a young ninja who can rival the five kaga's. Kira can use a five chakra elements he is also a dragon sage and able to summon them at any time. Kira Sawada becomes the goal of the akatsuki as they find out they need him to help with project tsuki no me however Kira is in the hidden leaf village not knowing that Tsunada is his mother. As Madara needs him he sends Sasuke Uchiha to attack the Leaf so Madara could talk kira meanwhile the the eleventh hokaka Sakura tries to fight Sasuke but eventually Sakura gets killed at the same time madara fails to get Kira as he was to strong. Three days pass and Tsunada had to choose the twelfth Hokaga and she chooses Kira Sawada as the twelfth Hokaga.

I don't think there is anyone he loves... Because, as he has said many times, "Women are troublesome". Now, in love as in loving someone like a sibling, I would say Chouji, as they are best friends. But he does NOT love Chouji in that other sense. >
