Quinn so far has not died, but in Season 3, Episode 14 "On My Way", Quinn Fabray is seen getting struck by a train in a serious car crash. Further evidence proves from pictures of next season that Quinn lives, but is so severely injured (possibly paralyzed) that she must move around in a wheelchair.
