Dispatch refers to the selling of electricity by an power generation or distribution company to users depending on demand.
Mostly this sale is a very complicated process which the SLDC (State Load Dispatch Centre) has to conduct everyday throughout the year with the power generation companies so that there is no deficit of electricity anywhere along the national grid. This generation is funded by the government under which the companies operate.
An example:
Company A say has capacity of 500 MW and company B has capacity of 600 MW, company C has capacity of 1200 MW. Total generation capacity of 2300 MW is thus obtained on any normal day. Suppose on a day, all plants have reduced capacities of 300, 450, and 950 MW respectively for A, B and C due to some reason. SLDC finds that the demand for that day is around 1450 MW. SLDC then contacts the companies A, B, and C and asks them to generate less power such that the total demand for the day is sufficiently met. But they have to take note that individual power sold by each company does not exceed their reduced capacities for that time period. Now, if during a normal day, if either company A or B just fails to produce enough electricity, but company C is just going fine, then upon request from SLDC, they must cover up the deficit. Payments are made such that each company gets the correct amount they deserve.
From solar energy, collected from solar panels.
Power is the rate at which work is done. Power is defined electrically as current times voltage. There are different types of energy, such as potential energy (or voltage). Just because the energy is there, doesn't mean work is being performed.AnswerPower is the rate at which work is done or the rate of heat transfer, expressed in watts, which is a special name give to a joule per second.Work describes energy in transit between one form and another -e.g. a motor does work when it converts electrical energy into kinetic energy.Heat describes energy in transit between a warmer body to a cooler body.Work, heat, and energy are all expressed in joules.
Preenergize means to get energy Quickly.
Maybe you mean Atomic Energy of Canada? They are in Chalk River Ontario.
Does just powers mean, the power of the government come from the people
"He received a dispatch from the foreign correspondent." (message) "I shall dispatch you in armed combat." (kill or defeat quickly) "The project must be completed with dispatch." (haste, no delay)
The time between the order being placed and it being mailed out is the dispatch time.
what is the power rating of energy
The word dispatch as a verb can mean to send (send off, transmit), or to kill. As a noun, it cam mean haste, rapidity, or speed.
MW stands for megawatt and is a unit used to measure the power output of wind energy systems. It represents the amount of electricity that a wind turbine can generate at a given moment.
Electricity is measured to ensure accurate billing for usage, track energy consumption for resource planning, and monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems for optimal performance and safety. Measurements help to manage energy efficiently and ensure that electrical systems are operating within their design parameters.

énergie (can also mean power)
An estimate is an approximate calculation or judgment of the value, number, quantity, or extent of something. Depending on context, dispatch can mean the sending of someone or something to a destination or for a purpose.
Assuming you mean "nuclear energy": power plants don't produce it, they use it.
Mundane energy is the energy that everyone has access to and is produced in a mundane or non-magical manner. Electricity, horse-power, muscle power, solar power, etc are all mundane powers.
When businesses purchase goods from a company and the goods are shipped to them, the business receives them and that is receipt. Dispatch of goods is when that company ships out those goods purchased from them by the businesses.
