Kinda-sorta, but not really. Yes, parts of it were filmed in a pool, but not a swimming pool as such, but a studio pool. A pool built specially for the purpose of filming water scenes for Movies and TV in it.

This is really a personal preference on which one you want to do. Personally, it'd like to have it near so you have a place to sit but can still watch your kids or guests who are in the pool.
