Fairest of Them AllThough the wicked queen wanted to be fairest, her mirror could not tell a lie. It was Sleeping Beauty who was fairest of them all.
it shows a picture of snow white and says "Snow white is the fairest of them all"
In snow white, the witch queen asks the mirror if she is the fairest in the land.
"Mirror Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?" is a famous line from the movie "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." It is spoken by the Evil Queen when she asks her magic mirror about the fairest in the land.
"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?" - This line is spoken by the Evil Queen in the fairy tale Snow White when she asks her magic mirror who the most beautiful woman in the kingdom is.
The fairy tale is probably Snow White. Her father, the king, raises her after his queen's death until he remarries. The new queen, Princess Snow White's stepmother, has a magic mirror which she asks every day to tell her who is the most beautiful woman in the land, and the mirror always says, 'You, my queen, are fairest of all,' or words to that effect. But when her stepdaughter turns sixteen, the mirror tells the queen that Snow White is the fairest in the land. The queen is livid, and if you don't already know the rest of the story I won't spoil it for you, except to say there are dwarfs in it, and a handsome prince.
Snow White was written the the Brothers Grimm in 1812. In the Walt Disney version of the story, Snow White's wicked step-mother has a magic mirror, which she asks "Magic mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?"
In the original fairytale of Cinderella, there is no mention of a magic mirror. Mirrors are often associated with the Evil Queen in Snow White, who uses a magical mirror to ask who the fairest of them all.
The Magic Mirror was given as a prize. There was a Daily Growl contest in January of 2010 where one person could win the Magic Mirror by telling why they think the mirror is so magical.
