Mary Spuckler, who is the daughter of Cletus Spuckler - a recurring character known for having many children and living on a farm - first met Bart in the episode "Apocalypse Cow". In the episode, Bart joins a farming club named 4-H. Bart is taken to a farmhouse to choose a calf that he'd have to raise over the summer, and then be judged at the county fair. Bart is stuck with the runt of the litter, and being unable to trade it away, he soon meets Mary Spuckler, who encourages Bart not to give up on the competition. Bart agrees and names the calf Lou. Over the next few weeks Bart takes good care of Lou and helps him become stronger. At the county fair, Lou is the biggest bull and is awarded a blue ribbon. With Bart becoming ecstatic, Lisa informs him that the next step for Lou is to be taken to the slaughterhouse. Bart decides to run off with the cow, and gives it to Mary to look after, but unknown to him, giving a cow to somebody in her family is seen as a marriage proposal. The marriage is set for the next day, and when Marge finds out, she runs in during the wedding to call it off. This prompts Cletus to send Lou to the slaughterhouse, but the "Lou" they send is actually Homer in a cow costume and the real Lou was sent to India to be treated as a god.Mary reappears in the Season 24 episode "Moonshine River" as a major character. In Bart's quest to find his true love, Mary is the last hope for him. When Bart arrives at her house, Cletus informs him that she ran away after he scheduled her for another marriage. Dubya Spuckler, one of Mary's brothers, tells Bart that Mary ran away to New York City and gives him her new address. After travelling to New York with his family, Bart finds Mary at the address and notices that she's become slimmer and taller. Bart and Mary finally realise that they truly like each other and when they go to have their first kiss, Cletus arrives and orders Mary to come back to Springfield. Bart and Mary sneak off together and they share their first kiss before Mary leaves on a train. Cletus demands to know where Mary has gone, but with Bart refusing to answer, he finally accepts the fact that he should let his daughter go free.Mary returns again in the episode "Love is a Many Splintered Thing", where Bart unknowing to the fact that it was Mary, puts a bug down her dress. But recognises her when she yells for who pranked her. They get into a relationship, but Bart spends mostly all the time playing video games. With Lisa trying to tell him to spend more time with his girlfriend, Mary writes and sings a song for Bart, which after he ignores, she breaks up with him. He attempts to get back together with he, but to his dismay, she already got together with a Brazilian boy. Who she later marries at the end of the episode. That's a bit more information than you might have needed, but it's basically the story of Bart and his ex-girlfriend Mary Spuckler.

Realistically, there is not enough data to answer this question.
I think it might be Stuart Manning (Russ in Hollyoaks)
