Which episode of Stargate Atlantis do Rodney and Carson kiss?

Season 2, episode 4. "Duet"

What happened to Dr Weir in Stargate Atlantis?

When Elizabeth Weir was seriously wounded by the Asuras (a form of replicators invented by the Ancients to combat the Wraith), Rodney McKay injected her with deactivated nanites which will repair her damage, although in the end she will be no longer fully human, but part replicator. She sacrificed herself when Sheppard's team was on a mission to steal Zero Point Modules from the Asuras. A replicator version of Jennifer Keller told the team that later after they abandoned Elizabeth, she was killed by Oberoth. But apparently, this was not the case. Elizabeth Weir teamed up with a couple of replicators that wanted to find a way to ascend like the ancients. She and the other replicators did ascend, but only 'digitally'. In the episode: Ghost in the Machine, Elizabeth Weir came back to Atlantis and took control of Atlantis's computer systems and made bodies for her and the other replicators, using Rodney's FRAN templates. Later in the episode, a replicator named Koracean tries to escape, finally understanding that she and the other replicators are only danger to Atlantis, Elizabeth managed to fool the other replicators (with the help of the team) into a Stargate to a space gate, making the replicators including herself neutralized.

Who were the doctors on the stargate series?

I am not sure if you mean medical doctors or other, so I'll list both (just for Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis though). Medical Doctors: Stargate SG-1: Dr. Janet Frasier was doctor until she died in the episode Heroes part 1 and 2 in season 7. They brought in General Landry's daughter (Dr. Carolyn Lam) in season 9 and she was still the doctor in season 10. Stargate Atlantis: Dr. Carson Beckett was doctor until he died in the episode Sunday in season 3. They bring the character back later as a clone made by Micheal. In season 4 and 5 they have Dr. Jeniffer Keller. Other Doctors: Stargate SG-1: Dr. Daniel Jackson is an archeologist and one of the main characters for seasons 1-5 and 7-10, along with the movies. Colonel Samantha Carter is also a main character and has a Phd in astrophysics, but is never referred to as a Dr. because she is military. Dr. Bill Lee is in about 20 episodes (maybe more, maybe less) and he is also a scientist. Stargate Atlantis: Dr. Rodney Mckay and Dr. Radek Zalenka are main scientists in Atlantis (Rodney is a main character and Zalenka isn't though). Dr. Elizabeth Weir is also a doctor, but she is not a scientist. Instead she is the leader of Atlantis and back on Earth she negoitiated peace treaties. Weir dies in season 3. There are a couple other medical and other doctors in Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis that appear in 1 or 2 episodes, but I am not bothering to name. Hope this helped.

How many times did Rodney from Stargate Atlantis said 'oh no'?

To many times to count, he only said it so much because he was always the first to find out a problem and he knew he would be the one to fix it aswell!

When does Stargate Atlantis season 5 end?

The last show of Stargate Atlantis is Season 5, episode 20, Enemy at the gate. This is the last ever show for SGA, really sad, no more John Sheppard, Meredith Rodney Mckay, Ronon or Teyla. Hopefully there is a rumour of a new series Stargate Universe.
