That's the episode where Fred and Barney took Wilma and Betty to the amusement park because the girls said, "You never take me anywhere." Of course, the girls did NOT have a good time. While there, Fred cut a record and it left it in the recording booth. Some kids came upon it and proclaimed their loyalty to this mystery crooner. The Bedrock teenagers turned the demo over to the local radio station in hopes of finding out who the singer was. When Fred heard the song on the radio he got in contact with the radio station. I believe the radio station got in contact with The Colonel who acted as Fred's manager. They tried several looks, but they finally changed Fred's on-stage persona into Hi-Fi, an Elvis Presley-like, larger-than-life rock n' roller! While on tour, Fred started getting mighty big-headed. Road-weary and tired of Fred's egotistical attitude, Wilma and Betty start a rumor that Hi-Fi was a "square...you mean like four corners?" Literally drawn with the fingers. The word spread like wildfire among the teenagers, who quickly disassociated themselves from being loyal followers. Hi-Fi's music career was dead. Life in Bedrock return to normal...whatever THAT is!
