They FIRST Kissed under a magical spell in "Something Blue" when they thought they were in love and going to get married. Later She also (not under ANY magical influence) gives him a short sweet meaningful kiss for not telling Glory about Dawn being the key and taking a very bad beating while not giving up who the Key was also I have to add. THEN a very long passionate kiss as another person said below at the end of the musical episode. (but she does say/sing right before kissing him at the end of - Once More With Feeling- that "this isn't real but I just Want To Feel") so it is misleading as to whether she means it or not, but as any Buffy & Spike fan knows, she already had feelings for him at this point. Original answer someone had answered here: "AT the end of the 6th season musical episode Once More With Feeling".
The I in Team, season four
Spike made an appearance in season 1 of Angel, attempting to obtain a magical artifact that would make him invulnerable; this story line is a crossover from Buffy season 4 where Spike is very much "alive" (as in, undead) and soulless.Spike does not join the cast of Angel full time until season 5, which aired the next year after Buffy had ended. His appearance in Angel is a continuation of his character arc's final moments in "Chosen", the series finale of Buffy, where he is returned to L.A. first as a ghost, then as a corporeal vampire (and with his soul).
Hulu: A small selection of episodes is available for free. Right now I think it's the first season. Netflix: All seven seasons are available streaming, if you have a Netflix membership. Because Buffy is an older show, there aren't a lot of sites that have it, but to find others just type : " Free Buffy the Vampire Slayer Episodes " and you might find others. There are several television channels that still play Buffy, such as Logo, and (on occasion) TNT. Other places you can get Buffy could be at your local library or at a video rental near you.
