Well, technically there is only one motor mount(Ford base part number 6038). That is located on the RF corner of the vehicle, down on the subframe and attached to the engine block. The other two mounts are actually transmission mounts(Ford base part number 6068). One is at the RR corner of the engine compartment on the subframe attached to the transmission output shaft housing. The other is attached to the frame rail at the driver's side and bolted to the rear of the transmission.
