What happends on season 2 episode 12 of vampire dairies?

This episode was a very hard one for Damon in the last episode "Rose" was bitten by Jules who is a werewolf and everyone thought from the legend that a werewolf bite is fatal to a vampire. Rose becomes very, very sick the bite caused and infection that continues to get worse. At the end of the episode Rose escapes Damon and Stefan's house and begins killing people. Were Damon and Elena find her. Damon tackles Rose to the ground in an attempt to stop her from killing.

He says "Rose, Rose, Rose, It's me. It's Damon"

Later when Rose is back at Damon's house she apologizes to Elena and says she doesn't like take human life she never has.

She also asks Elena why she is so nice to her after what she had done to her earlier. To which Elena replays

"Us humans."

Rose goes on to tell Elena

"I could never forget it what it's like to human. It haunts me."

Coming to the end of the episode Rose is having memories of what it was like to be human it's almost like a dream state. In which she is laying on the bed wrapped in Damon's arms.

She says in her dream to Damon

"I miss this. I miss being human. Thank you."

"For what?"

"The pains gone."

"I'm glad."

Rose also tells Damon that she's not afraid anymore.

Going back to Rose and Damon lying on the bed Damon is hold a wooden stake and has tears in his eyes. It continues to alternate between Rose's Dream and Reality

As Rose's Dream continues she asks Damon to race her to the trees on the count of three. Damon goes on to say that she will lose.

"On the count of three. One, two. Three."

When Rose says three in her dream to begin running Damon is holding the wooden stake in his hand and plunges it into her heart killing her as this is down we see Damon shedding tears for Rose.

The next scene is between Damon and Elena. Elena says she came back to see how Damon was doing after what happened. And Damon acting all tough says he is fine and just glad that it's over. Now for the dialogue...

You were supposed to leave.

I did. But then I came back to make sure that you're okay.

I appreciate the gesture. I'm just glad it's over.

You know I don't believe that.

Go home Elena, get some rest it's a whole new day tomorrow.

Damon I'm your friend.

I'm well aware of that.

And a friend usually knows when their friend is hurting.

What do you wanna hear!? That I cared about Rose? That I'm upset!

Well I didn't and I'm not.

There you go pretending to turn it off pretending not to feel. Damon you're so close don't give up.

I feel Elena, okay. And it sucks. What sucks even more is it was supposed to be me. Jules was coming after me.

You feel guilty.

It would be human of me wouldn't it Elena and I'm not human. You're one to talk about giving up it's all you done is give up. Go home. There's been enough doom, gloom and personal growth for one night.

Okay I will. (Whispers) Good night Damon...

The very end of this episode Damon is drunk and on the road where a girl stops to see if he is okay and if he is hurt. and here is that dialogue

What happened?!

I'm lost.

And you're laying in the middle of the road.

Not that kind of lost. Metaphorically, extendedly.

Do you need help!?

Well. Yes I do. Can you help me?

You're drunk.

No, W- yes a little maybe. No please don't leave. I really do need help. Don't move.

I don't want any trouble.

Neither do I, but it's all I got is trouble.

Jessica I have a secret I have a big one but I've never said it out loud. I mean what's the point it's not gonna change anything it's not gonna make me good. Make me adopt a puppy I can't be what other people what me to be what she wants me to be. This is who I am Jessica.

A LOT! I'll just say all the serious things first. Ok you know Caroline yeah well her mom was aiming a gun at Damon (you know to kill him and all) but Damon used his awesome Vamp skills and ran away the other way (avoiding the bullet). Well before Caroline's mom could react she pulled the trigger and it accidently hit Jeremiah (aka Elena's brother) then Bonnie (witch) did her super power thingy on J. and he magically came back to life. Anyways, if you watched the episode before the finale (you know the one when tyler but Damon) then you know that Stefan was looking for a cure for his brother's bite. So Stefan goes to Elijah for help and Elijah gives him some of his blood (Elijah is half vampire and half werewolf). And we all know Elijah, he just doesn't give up his blood that freely. So in return Stefan has to drink some human blood bags. (and by the way Stefan is the good vampire who doesn't like to drink human blood just animal blood) Oh wait before that Elijah kills his brother Klaus. Anyways, when Elijah's evil dominions are putting Klaus in his casket next to his family (again with the previous episode Klaus wanted to know where his family was buried) a random teenage girl comes out and Elijah is just like "Kill her and you'll be free" something like that. So of course Stefan drinks her blood for the sake of his brother. And at the very end of Jeremiah walks downstairs because he heard a 'noise' and all the sudden Anna and Vicki appear out of nowhere. Then he's all confused and it just ends there.
