Sanji ended up on Kamabakka island, meeting Emporio Ivankov and learning the secrets of their attack cuisine.

Chopper ended up in the Torino kingdom, mediating peace between the natives and a flock of giant birds. He stayed there in the native's library, researching their medical techniques.

Robin ended up as a prisoner at Tequila Wolf, helping construct a bridge across the ocean. She was liberated by the Revolutionaries, and has met Luffy's father, Monkey D Dragon. However further details of what she found out here, have yet to be revealed.

Nami ended up on the little sky island, Weatheria, and stayed with the weather scientists who lived there, learning more about weather manipulation.

Franky ended up on Karakuri Island, where he found his way into Vegapunk's old lab. He found many interesting blueprints and abandoned projects, which he incorporated into his cyborg body.

Brook ended up on Namakura Island, where the natives thought he was Satan, summoned by their ritual. They summoned him to help with a Longarm Tribe, Brook easily subdued them. He convinced the natives to release the captives though, who simply then took Brook prisoner, aiming to sell him as a sideshow freak. When they discovered his musical talents though, they took him on a tour, where he became known as Soul King Brook.

Usopp ended up on the 'inescapable' Boin Archipelago, which are actually giant canivorous flowers that attract prey with sweet smells and tasty food, then curl up and devour them. Despite the dangers, with the help of Heracles, Usopp trained and learned about Boin's special flora, pop greens, and eventually escaped, though the method has not been revealed.

Meanwhile, Luffy first went to the island of women, Amazon Lily, where he befriended Shichibukai Boa Hancock. She helped him enter the great prison, Impel Down, to try to rescue his brother Ace. Ace however was taken for execution before Luffy could reach him. Luffy followed him however all the way to Marineford, entering the war taking place there. His last stop, before rejoining his crew back at Sabaody, was Rusukaina where he was trained by Silvers Rayleigh.
