Chucky comes back to life and goes back after Andy who is in the first 2. Andy is now about 16 and in Military School. Chucky finds another young boy while trying to get to Andy and decides to go after his soul instead but Andy tries to stop him. Andy also gets a girl friend in this film and its also the last Chucky film he appears in. At the end Chucky and this little boy or at a fair and Chucky begins to do his chant to transfer his soul into the little boys body but is interrupted when Andy comes to save they day and pushes Chucky into a ginormous fan were he is ripped to shreds. That's basically the outline of the film.
