What happens in final show of prison break?

Micheal and Lincoln face off with Christina and The General in the final stand for freedom. Christina is killed by Sara while Kellerman, Sucre, and C-Note come to the rescue just before the General can kill the brothers. Scylla is then handed over to the authorities and everyone is able to live normal lives. Michael and Sara are walking on the beach where Michael's nose then begins to bleed again. In the end, everyone is shown living their lives 4 years later. Mahone has begun a relationship with Lang, as has Lincoln with Sofia. T-Bag is back in Fox River, and Kellerman has become a Congressman, General Krantz was sent to the electric chair, C-Note works for UPS, Sucre was seeing his daughter and Don Self is still in a paraplegic state in a hospital. The final scene shows Lincoln, Sucre, Mahone, Sara, and Michael Jr. (her and Michael's child) at Michaels's grave where it is revealed that he had died sometime earlier. Everyone walks away ending the series.

Paul Kellerman exonerates Michael Scofield, Lincoln Burrows, Fernando Sucre, and Benjamin 'C-Note' Franklin after they get Scyllia to him. Theodore 'T-Bag' Bagwell is sent back to Fox River Penitentiary. There is a closing scene skipping to four years later showing all the guys able to live normal lives. Sucre is having fun with his daughter, Franklin is happily working a legit job as a UPS driver, Burrows is in Panama with his girlfriend Sofia running a Scuba shop and talking about LJ being away in college, as Dr. Sarah Tancredi is the proud mother of a little son. His father was Michael- who unfortunately had died as the very last scene is all those characters visiting his tombstone at the cemetery. He had been suffering a brain tumor causing him to have nosebleeds. The story does not end here- it is followed by "Prison Break: The Final Break" which did not air on Fox and came straight to DVD.

In the very end there is a double episode/TV movie where Sara is arrested for what she has done throughout the series to help Michael and the others, so Michael plans yet another prison break. During it all, he is struggling with a brain tumor which it threatening to kill him. He ends up giving his life to break Sara out of prison, and a few months later, she gives birth to their first and only child.
