Woody's sister Willa comes on board, but he has a term paper to write so he asks Cody to look after/hang out with her during her stay. When she arrives, Cody likes her, so he asks her on a date. Meanwhile, Zack has detention for glueing Cody to his chair in class. London also has a detention for being late to class, and for being late to the meeting to discuss what to do for her always being late. Zack tells London about the time when he and Cody looked so much alike he could force Cody to dot he stuff that Zack hated. London has a lot of stuff to do that she hates, so she holds a worldwide competition for the London Tipton Twin Lookalike contest. A girl called Tess Wall from Tennafly wins, and London does her makeup to look like the double of her. Tess suddenly fancies Zack, and does her best to get with him, even though he is dating Maya. Bailey is jealous that Cody has moved on, and Tess says that she can borrow from her wardrobe which is Londons, because Tess is London to Zack, Cody, and Bailey. MEanwhile, Cody is on his date with Willa, but she isn't what Cody thought she would be. She farts, itches her athletes foot on the table,orders ribs on their date, and eats JUST LIKE Woody. Cody is disgusted, with him beign into cleanliness and all that, and he starts to cry. He imagines Willa is Woody, and when she tries to kiss him, he falls off his chair straight into Bailey, who is dressed in Londons clothing. Cody pretends that he is still in love with his ex, Bailey, but Bailey and Willa think he is telling the truth. Once Willa has left, Cody thanks Bailey for " playing along". She is thoroughly disappointed. Meanwhile, Tess organises a date for her and Zack, but tells him its a party. Zack goes to it, then when he discovers London/Tess fancies him, he thinks Maya has set it up. Tess ends up kissing Zack, which is when the real London walks in. Zack sees her and is confused. London and Tess end up fighting, and London ends up chasing Tess straight past Cody and Bailey. When Cody asks BAiley why she's all dressed up, she thinks quickly and says she's entering the London Tipton Lookalike Contest, so Cody wishes her luck.
