What happens in the Pilot episode of Girl Meets World?

In the first episode which was also the aired-Pilot episode of Girl Meets World Riley and her rebellious friend; Maya try to sneak out of the house but Riley's parents; Cory and Topanga catch them but they do allow them to take the subway. Riley meets a young guy named Lucas who she instantly falls for. During class Cory's assignment is for them to write an essay on something they would be willing to fight for and Maya opts to fight for no homework and she drags Riley into the protest as well however the protest leads to a smoke alarm being set off. Riley decides that she wants to fight for Maya and so Riley's parents; Cory and Topanga both decide that she is ready to ride the subway without them and they give her the Subway card that she would need in order to ride one.

Girl Meets World's Girl Meets Flaws episode is about a fellow classmate bullying Farkle due to who he is and things are resolved in the end once Riley, Maya and Lucas discover that it was Billy Ross who was responsible for the bullying on Farkle but then he discovers that he was just jealous of Farkle for having such good friends like Maya, Riley and Lucas even though he doesn't need to be an athlete in order to have such good friends.
