Wes joined up with the Silver Guardians and Jen went back to the future and stayed on as an agent with the Time Force under Special Assignments. Nothing happened with them relationship wise after the season ended except for each other admitting their feelings towards one another.
Additionally there is an episode of Power Rangers: Wild Force, "Reinforcements from the Future", in which the Time Force Rangers come back to 2002 to team up with the Wild Force Rangers. This episode leaves the Jen/Wes relationship more open-ended. It is never confirmed whether Jen stayed with Wes or went back to the future.
In the Power Rangers Time Force finale after Trip, Jen, Lucas, Katie and Wes had left to return to the year 3,000 Mr. Collins had decided to make decisions with the Silver Guardians by deciding to no longer make them a paid operation and that they would protect people for free and he had also asked his son; Wes to become part of the team to which he agreed only on condition of Eric becoming his partner so that they could co-leader the team. Trip, Jen, Lucas and Katie had remained with the Time Force organization following their return to the year 3,000 in the Time Force finale.
