Christmas, New Year"s , Epiphany- Ground Hog Day ( originally called candlemas and used for blessing candles) - Valentine"s day and Saint Patrick"s occure unequivocally in the winter months ( winter from l2.2l-3.2l) but for some odd reason are never considered Winter holidays- with the exception of perhaps Russian cards I have not seen Valentines with snow-covered houses, winter scenes, etc.
