If it hadn't struck an iceberg and didn't sink, it would have arrived in New York a couple days later. It probably would have ended up like one of its sister ships, either getting sunk in WWI by a mine or torpedo, or else eventually been retired and scrapped by the 1930s.
Then it would have arrived at port and everyone would have gotten off. After that, the Titanic would go about its route as a passenger ship, picking up and dropping off new passengers.
It would have arrived in New York as scheduled and continued in service either until possibly being sunk in WWI, or otherwise surviving and being scrapped in the 1930s.
All the people who died on it would have lived.
