Voltmeter.
Current and voltage are two different things. They are closely related but a current does not imply a voltage and nor does a voltage imply a current.
A volt meter is used to measure a voltage. The voltage may be across a battery or other power source. It may be across a component such as a resistor or a group of components. If a current is flowing through a resistor, there will be a voltage across the resistor. Similarly, if there is a voltage across a resistor, there will be a current flowing.
Current is measured using an ammeter - Current is measured in amps, hence the name of the meter.
The two meters together can be used to analyze most electronic circuits and they are the two most important items of test equipment in electronics. Devices called multi-meters are combined ammeters and voltmeters and are in every electronics engineer's toolbox.
A multi-meter.

voltmeter
Multimeter is an instrument that measures electric equipotential. Equipotential lines can be determined by connecting various points of electric potential or voltage.
The instrument used to measure electrical current is called an ammeter, which is actually a shortened form of 'amp meter'. The current is measured in amperes. In scientific labs, a much more sensitive instrument called a galvanometer is used to measure very small currents.
Voltage = (current) x (resistance) Current = (voltage)/(resistance) Resistance = (voltage)/(current)
A voltmeter measures voltage in volts.
Capacitors resist a change in voltage. It takes current to effect a voltage change, resulting in the current "leading" the voltage. Similarly, inductors resist a change in current. It takes voltage to effect a current change, resulting in the current "lagging" the voltage.
A multimeter can measure different things related to electricity, including current and voltage.
An ammeter is an instrument which is used for measurement of current flowing in any circuit
A multimeter device can measure resistance, current, AC/DC voltage, and it also can determine continuity on an electrical circuit, and its range for current, voltage and resistance is widely variable.
No. Voltage divided by resistance is equal to current.

An ammeter. It measures the electrical current output.
