The plot summary from IMDb (see the Related Link below) is, "An aging porn star agrees to participate in an 'art film' in order to make a clean break from the business, only to discover that he has been drafted into making a pedophilia and necrophilia-themed snuff film."
From what I've heard, this is perhaps the most disturbing movie ever made. It's been banned in several countries and censored in many others. The snuff film that the protagonist ends up being forced to star in involves brutal, sadistic torture and sexual violence.
