there're a lot of ways to get ribbons in d/p. You get one for completing the league, east of pastoria town on route 213 there is a house on the beach. In this house is a guy who measures a Pokemon's happiness by it's footsteps. If your Pokemon has full happiness this guy will give your Pokemon a ribbon. There are the contests which you'll need berries for to up your cuteness, toughness, smartness, beauty and coolness. You can win a maximum of four ribbons per Pokemon because of this. There is also a woman in Sunyshore City who gives out ribbons daily by telling you and your Pokemon a story. She'll give your first Pokemon in your team the ribbon. Also in the seal shop at Sunnyshore city the ladie will get you a ribbon if she likes your seal thing. Also Im not sure about the seal thing you mentioned but also in Sunnyshore you get a Effort Ribbon If one of your Pokemon has worked very hard. So there might be another one. And she is located in the Sunnyshore Market.

Yes, diamonds are the hardest known natural material on Earth with a Mohs hardness scale of 10. However, it is important to note that hardness and toughness are two different properties. Toughness refers to a material's ability to resist breaking or shattering under force, and in this regard, some materials like metals may exhibit better toughness than diamonds.
Diamond is the hardest material known to man but not the toughest. Toughness is a measurement of how resistant an object is to being broken or chipped. While better than most gems diamond is not as tough as materials such as steel or titanium. As to what is the toughest material known I would say graphene which is a single sheet of carbon atoms but it is only practical on the macroscopic level.
No.From its Wikipedia entry:"Emerald is a gemstone and a variety of the mineral beryl (Be3Al2(SiO3)6) colored green by trace amounts of chromium and sometimes vanadium. Beryl has a hardness of 7.5-8 on the Mohs scale. Most emeralds are highly included, so their toughness (resistance to breakage) is classified as generally poor. It is a cyclosilicate."Diamond is formed from Carbon and is rated 10 on the Mohs scale.
On the Mohs scale of mineral hardness, the minerals that rate a value of 9-10 include corundum, which encompasses sapphires and rubies at a hardness of 9, and diamond, which is rated at 10. Corundum is known for its toughness and is used in abrasives, while diamond, being the hardest known natural material, is prized in jewelry and industrial applications for its cutting ability.
Diamond - known for its extreme hardness due to strong carbon bonds. Corundum (including rubies and sapphires) - ranks just below diamond on the Mohs scale of hardness. Quartzite - composed of quartz grains fused together, making it very hard and durable. Beryl (including emeralds and aquamarine) - boasts a high level of hardness due to its crystal structure. Granitic rocks (such as granite) - known for their toughness and resistance to weathering, making them hard rocks.
