well its simple just have pokerus and power items which can be found in the Pokemon item modifier just fight and your stats increase more than usual. the standard will be 10-61stats gained to one thing but if you don't do it right this will be useless hope i helped
when u fight a pkmn, you get Effort Points or Effort Values (EVs)
Ex.
Chansey gives u 2HP so if u beat a chansey u get 2 EVs in HP
A stat needs to get 4 EVs per lvl to increase in 1 point
so battle 2 chanseys in 1 lvl and when u lvl up u will get +1 in HP (2+2=4)
same goes with the other pkmns, but not all pkmns give the same EVs, some give EVs in atk, some in defense and all the other stats...
u can check some Ev guides to see wat Ev a pkmn gives
there is a max of 510 EVs and you can max out 2 of the pkmns stats
so the max of 1 stat is 255 Evs
the only way to keep track of ur EVs is by counting them, so if you wanna know if u maxxed out 1 stat you'll have to count =<
if u maxx out a stat you're pkmn might become stronger or weaker, so choose wisely
usually u maxx out the stats that the pkmn are good at so ex.
charizard =maxx out sp atk and spd Evs
natures also give an influence in Ev training
check out the nature tables for exs.
good luck
EV Training is a form of Leveling Up a Pokemon by fighting certain Pokemon that have values that benefit your Pokemon (for example: Knocking out a Pokemon that gives + attack value with your Machop, and him leveling up), will increase his attack more compared to defeating a Pokemon that gives defense values.
Websites Such As Serebii have IV/EV information and stat calculators.
What if you Want to ev train level 100 Pokemon
EDIT: In future, that should be submitted as a separate question, but...
If you want to EV train a level 100 Pokemon, or any Pokemon that has EVs that you want to change (perhaps you received it in a trade, or you made a mistake) you may use certain berries to delete all of the EVs it has gained, so that they may be reassigned where you want them (after all, there is a limit to how many EVs a Pokemon can gain).
The berries used for reducing EVs are:
- Pomeg Berry - HP
- Kelpsy Berry - Attack
- Qualot Berry - Defense
- Hondew Berry - Special Attack
- Grepa Berry - Special Defense
- Tamato Berry - Speed
Each berry removes 10 EVs from its respective stat, so it is like an anti-vitamin. The most you will have to use is 11.
Once you have removed all of the EVs, you can reassign them using vitamins or battling, although I'm not 100% sure that a lv 100 Pokemon will gain EVs when it battles.
You are correct. A Pokemon may only gain EVs in battle when it is able to gain experience. The only way to "EV train" a level 100 Pokemon is throuh the use of vitamins, which were explained above.
Certain Pokémon evolve by trading Pokémon to another Pokémon game. Here are just a few examples of those type of Pokémon:
Trade Electabuzz while it is holding the Electrizer. Trade Feebas while it is holding the Prism Scale.(This is in only in Black and White.) Trade Poliwhirl while it is holding the King's Rock. Trade Dusclops while it is holding the Reaper Cloth.
To find more of these examples, look at Serabii.net. That is a reliable source.
GO to the shopping mall Nine, west of opelucid city. go to the top and talk to the left cashier. buy all of the things you need and use them on your pokemon.
you cant.
Well, I'm not sure why you're Special Attack training a Leafeon, they're a much better physical attacker, but suit yourself I would suggest putting a GBA Pokemon game in to the GBA slot in your DS and then going to the abandoned Chateu and going in to the room that has the eye paintin on the wall, in there you should find Gengars and Haunters, both of which are good for special attack EV training
ev training is culmulative, it gathers the points over time which determine how much of a stat boost u get everytime u lvl up. each stat can receive a max of 255 ev points, and a total of 510 ev points for all stats combined. when u reach lvl 100 the most any stat can be raised is by 64 stat points total with a maxed out 255 of ev points on that stat. Pokemon can gain over 64 stat points depending on their base stats and IVs. For instance, my mewtwo(Modest) gained 88 special attack and umbreon(Quiet) gained 66 special defense.
Garatina,Dialga,Garchomp,Dragonite,Salamance, and last but not least Palkia. Make sure you raise dialga and palkia's stats during battle-Andres Viveros

If you mean PokeRus, it is short for, "Pokemon Virus". However, it is not bad (It's only negative affect is lowering your Pokemon's friendship) , on fact it is very good for training your Pokemon. It doubles the amount of EV's (effort values) that a Pokemon receives when they defeat another Pokemon. When the Pokemon's immune system has fought off the disease, the good effects stay, and the bad effects leave.
No
I do not believe there is, but i MIGHT be wrong. Sorry :(
no i wish though
There isn't one
No, and no. All that is required is that the Pokemon faints.
An Ev in Pokemon diamond is known as an Effort Value. I'm not going into detail because I myself don't know how to do it, but there is a website Called Serebii.net that is the best for you to learn about it. If you happen to master it though, please tell me how to do it. P.S. The Ev training is under Game Mechanics and Effort Values.
The same way you did in all the Pokemon games.
depends on the nature the Pokemon haves:P:P

Well, the level doesn't really matter, as long as it's not 100. In the end, all the EVs will add up the same.
the power items are power anklet, power lens, power bracer, power weight, power band and power belt, they help speed up the process of ev training and can be obtained at the battle tower for 16BP each
