In the fictional story, yes; in real life the actor who plays Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) is just a normal person and he has no special powers..... special powers do not exist in the real world.

Voldemort, being the last descendant of Salazar Slytherine, can obviously speak Parseltongue (talk to serpents or snakes.) He also uses Legimency which is where he can feel the feeling of others. He practiced Legimency so well that he can tell whenever someone is lying. He has extremely high experience with magic, too. He also is profousley afraid of death. He separated his sould into 7 parts called Horcruxes, you must destroy all of the Horcruxes before you can finally finish off Voldemort for good. Those are the most important powers that Voldemort has.
