Wands are made of wood with a magical substance embedded into their core. Some of the woods used include holly, hawthorn, oak, cherry, vine, rowan, ivy, rosewood, blackthorn, willow, elm, ash, mahogany, yew, birch, and elder. The cores that have been documented are phoenix feather, dragon heartstring, Veela hair, unicorn hair, and Thestral tail hair.
Holly, 11" Phoenix Feather.
The Phoenix feather is from Dumbledore's Phoenix: Fawkes. Fawkes is unusual because he allowed two feathers to be taken from him to make wands.
Tom Riddle (Lord Voldemort) has the other wand with Fawkes feather as it's core.
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Harry's wand is broken whilst Harry and Hermione try to escape from Bathilda Bagshot's house. He then uses Hemione's wand for a while (Vine, 10 3/4", Dragon Heartstring) but it does not work well for him because he does not own the wand and did not take it by force.
When Ron comes back he uses one of the spare wands he managed to grab (Blackthorn) which once again did not work well for him.
After the fight at Malfoy Manor Harry won Draco's wand which he then used. (10" Hawthorn Wood). Harry was unaware at the time that by becoming that master of that wand he was also the master of the Elder Wand - which Voldemort was looking for.
Once Harry received the Elder Wand (Elder 15" Thestral) he decided to keep it somewhere safe so that when he died it's power would die - assuming he died of natural causes. He then used the elder wand to fix his original wand.
Holly, eleven inches, phoenix feather core.
Lily Potter's wand was composed of willow. It was 10 1/4 inches in length and said to be "swishy and good for charm work. The wand core is currently unknown.
In Harry's first year, he was required to buy 1 cauldron (pewter, standard size 2).

The new strongest wand in the Harry Potters series would be Harrys wand because of his awsome powers :)
Well, let's see... he has the power of the elder wand, Dumbledore protects him, he speaks Parseltoungue, has ultimate power over Voldemort, and has the power of love.
Harry's wand is holly wood and has a phoenix feather core. The feather comes from Fawkes, Dumbledore's pet. The core of Voldemort's wand is also one of Fawkes' feathers.
Undoubtedly. Most things are these days
Despite many fans wanting to know, Rowling has yet to divulge this information. We do know that the wand in the movies was of a black wood - possibly ebony - but this is uncertain, and it is unclear if it coincides with the books.
Harry bought it in Ollivander's wand shop when he was eleven. The wood is holly and the core is phoenix feather.

Phoenix Feather. Better yet; Fawkes (Dumbledore's Phoenix) feather.
No wands have names in harry potter, except the elder wand. Harry's wand is just referred to as "Harry's wand".
Harry Potter's first wand was made by Mr. Ollivander.
Harry became owner of the Elder wand because Draco disarmed Dumbledore who was the owner at the time, but when he was confronted and disarmed, Draco became the new owner. And when Harry, Ron and Hermione were escaping from being tortured, Harry disarmed Draco and he became the owner until the end when he destroyed it.
