Slender Man, the movie, is supposed to be rated PG13 for some mild violence and possible gory images. There is some debate as to whether or not this rating is realistic for the type of film.

Slender Man does not have official "brothers" in the traditional sense, as he is a fictional character from internet folklore and horror stories. However, within the Slender Man mythos, there are various other creatures and characters that are sometimes considered to be part of the same universe or associated with him, such as the Rake, Smile Dog, and Jeff the Killer. These characters often share similar themes of horror and the supernatural, but they are not directly related to Slender Man as siblings.
