Oh, dude, you're talking about that calf-pow drink from NCIS? It's like a magical elixir made of unicorn tears and fairy dust that gives Gibbs his superhuman interrogation skills. Just kidding! It's probably just some made-up TV prop with a label that says "TOP SECRET INGREDIENTS" to keep us guessing.
Caf Pow is a real drink after being seen on the show NCIS. It is an energy drink, but I don't know where it is sold. Online only, as far as I know. It is sold here http://cbs.seenon.com/detail.php?p=276931&v=cbs-ncis&pagemax=all **** CBS occasionally sells it, usually around the holidays as a gag gift. It did not exist before the show. Caf pow is a parody of a 7-11 big guip 64oz fountain soda cup. Many 7-11's have non carbonated energy drinks on their soda fountain in addition to various sodas or gatorade. The size, shape and coloring used in the show for a caf pow cup matches 7-11's 64oz size
Caf-pow cups are now available at the CBS store.

Yes. It is an imaginary drink that is supposed to be high in caffeine which Abby drinks all the time. There is no such thing as caf-pow in reality. ..CBS actually sells it as merchandise for the show online.

like red bull or some sugary energy drink. It is not actually real.

I think, it was in 'Designated Target'.

'Caf' is not a word in English language.
The main difference between a caf express and a caf allong is the amount of water used. A caf express is a short, strong espresso with a small amount of water, while a caf allong is a longer espresso with more water, resulting in a milder flavor.
