A dedicated logic circuit is generally used to perform one task. Not usually programmable. Say for example a lift (elevator) control; where inputs are received from the lift position, door position, floor etc and logic outputs to motors etc from the logic performed.
both combinational and sequential circuits have two inputs and outputs..!
A digital circuit composed of bipolar junction transistors (BJTs). Widely used in all variety of electronic applications, especially prior to CMOS circuits becoming popular, TTL superseded the earlier RTL (resistor-transistor) and DTL (diode-transistor) logic designs, which used more power. In TTL, transistors are used to both isolate inputs and perform the logic switching. A "TTL" designation on a circuit input or output indicates a digital circuit rather than analog.Read more: transistor-transistor-logic-electronics

we use logic probe in circuit because logic probe is use to indicate where signal is high or low on ic chip.
They can be used for error checking. If the transmitter is off frequency, the logic gates can be used to inhibit the transmitter, to stop interference. Early forms of PLL (Phase Locked Loop) control may also use logic gates to act as dividers. This is normally taken care of by a single dedicated chip, these days.
A logic probe is used to test and troubleshoot digital circuits by indicating the logic state (high/low) of a particular point in the circuit. A logic pulser, on the other hand, is used to generate a known pattern or pulse at a specific point in the circuit to stimulate and test the behavior of the circuit under different conditions. In essence, a logic probe is for observation, while a logic pulser is for stimulation.
A "dedicated" circuit is one to which only one device is or can be connected; therefore the circuit is "dedicated" to the device. A NON dedicated circuit will therefore be one to which multiple devices can connect, such as the wall outlets in your home. Multiple wall outlets are connected to a common circuit breaker, making that an example of a non-dedicated circuit.

For a standard size refrigerator, a dedicated 15 amp circuit is used.
A 15 amp dedicated circuit breaker should be used for the dishwasher. The disposal can be wired to the general kitchen 15 amp circuit.

counters are used to store, display or sometimes count the pulses in a circuit.
It depends on what the amperage of the connected load is. If it above 10 amps on a 15 amp breaker then make is a dedicated circuit. If it is used for lamps in the center of a room, then the floor outlet can be incorporated into the regular lighting and receptacle circuit.
Because not all the logic gate have what the circuit needs to complete the operation
