If you use this moveset, Dragonite should have some EVs in Sp. Attack and Attack. Might want to get his speed in the 100s.

It is quite a good set but i wouldn't have outrage and dragon claw, in my opinion i would go with dragon claw but that's your choice, switch the other move out for something like roost (if you wanna keep it in there for longer) or ice/fire/thunder punch (if you want another attacking move)

So if you're building a sp.att Dragonite then a good moveset is: Thunderbolt/Flamethrower Fly/Flying type move Outrage Draco Meteor I put some attack moves in there, becasue Dragonite with a EV trained sp.att stat will still have a decent att stat and you should ALWAYS have outrage on a Dragonite! No, this is a great moveset. I prefer surf because it has more pp, and because it allows you to surf places. Ice beam is great as well, so in the end, it's your choice.
