Well, it's kinda easy but hard to get to. First you have to get to veilstone. Then you go on the route that would take you to veilstone city, but stay where the fence things are. There should be an opening to some other path lined with trees. I forget what it is called, but follow it until you get to some tall grass. Go the the right and up then use rock climb. Then you are at sendoff
