∙ 14y agoFrom my knowledge, Alphonse Elric's birth date was never mentioned in the manga or anime series. We do know though that he is only a year younger than his brother, Edward Elric. But the actual date was never given.

I just did the math based off of this answer for when Ed's birthday is.

Actually, Ed was born in 1899 as there is a 6 year difference between the alchemic world and ours. It's stated early in the series (in the subtitles I believe) that Ed and Al attempted to resurrect Trisha in 1910 when they were 11 and 10 years old respectively. From that information alone you can figure Ed was born in 1899. As to when his exact birthday is, it's assumed he was born in late winter so you may be right about it being in February. :)"
Assuming that Al was conceived sometime in April (which, let's face it, is probably the earliest when he could have been), then that means that he was most likely born at some time, my guess would be in late, January of the next year. The latest he could have been conceived while still remaining close to his brother's birth month would be June, resulting in a March birth.
