In Act 1, Scene 1, lines 16-19.

"Curio: Will you go hunt, my lord?

Duke Orsino: What, Curio?

Curio: The hart.

Duke Orsino: Why, so I do, the noblest that I have..."

Duke Orsino was making a pun on the words, "hart" and "heart". A hart is a male deer, and when Curio asked Orsino about the hart, Orsino replied, but speaking of his heart (rather than hart), saying he has the noblest heart.

"Twelfth Night" is a wonderful play that revolves around the gender-bending Shakespeare so enjoyed. A brother and sister are involved in a shipwreck, and wash ashore separately in a foreign country. The sister, Viola, dresses as a boy to avoid problems. While serving a mistress, she falls in love owth the Count Orsino, who is in love with Viola's mistress. Viola's brother is also in love with the mistress, and eventually wins her, while Count Orsino eventually falls in love with Viola.

"Sir Andrew: Faith, I can cut a caper.

Sir Toby: And I can cut the mutton to it."

A caper is a dance step and a pickled condiment served with meat.

"Feste: I am resolved on two points.

Maria: That if one break, the other will hold, or if both break, your gaskins fall."

Gaskins are trousers, and "points" are the ties that hold them up.

"Malvolio: Is there no respect of place, persons, or time in you?

Sir Toby: We did keep time, sir, in our catches."

Malvolio means they do not respect the time by singing loudly in the wee hours of the morning. Sir Toby says they did respect the time (i.e. rhythm) in their singing.
