Which is better the Wii or the PlayStation 3?

The Nintendo Wii is not up to the standards of the PS3 and does not have the capabilities. Nintendo decided to go with a cheaper format and capability when they released it. That is why Nintendo Games cost less and do not have the same features found in the PS3 and Xbox 360. The PS3 is without question better than the Nintendo Wii and unlike the differences of opinion between PS3 and Xbox 360 both consoles were designed to be better than a Wii and it clearly can be seen when playing games developed for both consoles.

Well its all what gamers argue about xbox 360 ps3 or wii and all of them have their own best things about them. I have a ps3, i love it its great, i want 360 for only one game forza some of the games xbox releases is only for xbox but you have to pay a month for xbox it blows no one should do that so wii and ps3 are all free for online services its great as of exclusive games for xbox ps3 makes their own franchises with uncharted and other fanchises. I like wii as well my kids would love it but now that PlayStation move came out its same thing has motion controlers and all these accessories for it with great camera that detects all that. Ps3 has the most powerfull mother board in it with 6 graphics cards and cores that make it really quick and great picture quality. I played so many games and i havent seen one go slow or freeze up.

So if you want controllers to play with like on wii just get ps3 they have that and many games are out for it now. Like socom and killzone all work with playstation move lots of kids games as well.

Right now my opinion is the PlayStation 3 because it has the camera ability that was just recently added. which the wii does not have.

It is a personal preference. Some people will say Xbox 360 is better, some will say PS3 is better. It all comes down to what you like playing more.

actually many people will say that xbox 360 is better and some say that ps3 is better but what i can tell you now is that both xbox and ps3 are equally good for example xbox 360 has to pay for online and a adapter ps3 doesn't need one and is free xbox has better games that faq is true but but ps3 also has amazing games for ps3 such as drakes fortune, heavenly swords, God of war3, etc... But my opinion is is that xbox 360 is very expensive and gets the red ring of death ps3 doesn't ps3 gets to go on the internet xbox 360 doesn't so overall it depends on the gameplays and what you can do so anyway my answer is... if you have a 360 good for you if you have a ps3 and wants to play a xbox game, go buy it for PC and that is that

PS3 the Xbox 360 does not have Playstation Plus and the free games for the price of Xbox Live or the Playstation Network for Free. Only the PS3 can work together with Portables when your not home because Microsoft does not have any. Blu ray and Sony technology make a better console that is very competitive in price if not cheaper. Playstation does not put out a model with only a 4 GB harddrive just to increase sales from people who have not learned why you need a larger harddrive

Xbox-360= Halo games which means HALO REACH and that =AWESOME and the 360 has more games, Also Xbox 360 makes finding media easy to find your downloads u also got gamer score with achievements for beating games, it is also better because u can actually find online friends easy and invite them to chats. Sure the PS3 has free online games but do they have 3D avatars with games for them? NOPE. You might have me there with the graphics but who needs a game that looks real it isn't supposed to look real if it was they just would switch it to 3D with glasses from the IMAX, And one more thing KINECT COMES OUT NOVEMBER if u don't know what kinect is go to www.YouTube.com and type kinect in it is awesome and its going to be 150$. Usually all same but different attributes, If you really want to choose, choose one of those objectives. And I have to admit Xbox has better online system but Ps3 has better multimedia system and better hard drive.. Wii Is the Best when it comes to Family activity by far.. Hope i helped :D

It depends what type of game you like and if you want extra features. The ps3 is far better for music, movies and pictures and turns on quicker, has faster, easier menus, 3d games and movies (if you have a 3d TV) and Blu-Ray. The xbox has a better on-line service, is cheaper ( although you have to pay £40 or $50 a year to play on-line), has arguably more comfortable controllers and some 3rd party games run better because they were written for the xbox and 'translated' for the ps3. Exclusive games are what really matter and the ps3 offers a wider variety of these games, plus better graphics and theoretically more in game content (due to Blu-Ray being able to store 25gb rather than xbox's 9).

well i take the ps3 out because it does not have the system credulity's like the xbox360 and wii but the xbox360 can get games on it without points or anything like wii points but the wii can add channels that makes it where you can send a game to a portable drive and add it even if it is not a wii game same with the xbox360 but but you can do movies to and I'm not just saying that the ps3 is bad its just it do Chanel's or download movies

this has nothing to do with this but i preferre the xbox360arcade because it cost less money and where i live you can get any size hard drive for just 100 dollars and that's still less than the elite and limited edition

It depends on who you are if you like cool games 10 and above games then ps3 but if it's exercise movement wii is better for me wii is a little tiny bit better. And also, ps3 has more features but wii is better because of the mii channel it's like creating avatars of you and your friends and you can create up to 100 of theme.
