It's a normal type Pokemon that evolves only with different kinds of stones. Also in the newer games you can touch a rock or something and get more choices.
Eevee is found in the Pokemon mansion in the Trophy Garden but you have to keep talking to the master until he mentions that he has seen it there.
Every time your Pokemon levels up they receive effort values or stat points.
when you keep using them and the Pokemon is maxed out it will say it cant eat anymore or something like that
no,they cannot. its impossible to do it.....tht's stupid.
The effort ribbon will be given to you when the effort values (EV) of the first Pokemon in your party are full. For more info about EV's check this guide: www.gamefaqs.com/ds/946308-Pokemon-platinum-version/faqs/56146
It doubles the amount of EV's (effort values) that your Pokemon receives.
You Get Effort values Whenever you defeat a Pokemon the Pokemon has 255 EV's (Effort Values) In the Paticular Stat Or If The Pokemon Has a Total of 510 EV's
No, and no. All that is required is that the Pokemon faints.
5 ev. 5 ev.
EV trained stands for effort value pokemon.
It means the Pokemon was trained in certain stats. Battling Pokemon gives you a certain amount of EV points. For example, battling a starly gives you 1 speed EV point for the Pokemon that battled it. Different Pokemon give different EV's. EV's work like the following: every 4 EV's you get in one stat, that stat is raised by 1. The maximum EV's you can have in any one stat is 255 and the total number of EV's your Pokemon can have is 510. So essentially, only two stats can be fully maxed. You could also divide up the EV's evenly into the stats, but that's not the best thing to do. EV-training is tedious, and without the right items, it takes forever. Go to serebii.net for all the info about EV's.
the pokewalker dosent affect ev points the Pokemon can only gain one lvl per pokewalker stroll so whatever Pokemon your Pokemon battled last will detirmine what ev's it does get

EV's are a value that your Pokemon receives after every battle. Every Pokemon gives certain EV's. An EV is a stat t like attack or speed that your Pokemon has. After hour Pokemon grows one level, the amount of growth for each individual stat is increased based on the EV's received from battling. It stands for evasion.
depends on the nature the Pokemon haves:P:P
