The answer to my problem came in an unusual way, I took my shirt off while getting changed and my wife noticed some splotches on my back and neck, which on close examination we realized where very light hives. I went on line and looked up my symptoms but added hives in the mix and one blogger recommended taking a Benadryl for food allergies. So I immediately took a Benadryl and the results where absolutely astonishing, the symptoms eased overnight and I stayed on a regimine of Benadryl for a week, till all the symptoms dissapeared and I now take a Benadryl at the onset of problems. During my week of recovery through a process of elimination I discovered the old pork and beef allergies had returned and I have cut back my consumption to an absolute minimum.
