Don't know what una sola vez means, but it's quite close to "sola una vez" which is probably "only one time" or "one time only". My experience is that it's used in a forceful manner.
Once (and) forever.

"Solamente" is a Spanish word that translates to "only" or "just" in English. It is used to indicate exclusivity or limitation in a sentence.
Sea / sé amable solamente (referred to Tú / usted)Sean / sed amables solamente (referred to ustedes / vosotros, as)
solamente para ti
Solamente refrán.
You are only mine.
The word "just" translates to solamente, and if you are telling someone to be, you would say se. So, "solamente se" is one way to translate "just be".
