Life has not been found on other planets, and therefore the only planet where members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) can be found is on earth.

Mormons do not own or have any particular interest in any specific planet, so there isn't really a such thing as a "Mormon planet". Mormons accept that there are other planets and many believe that there is life on other planets.

Some less commonly used Mormon scripture called the "Pearl of Great Price" discusses planets and their order or governance. It says that God has created "worlds without number" (Moses 1:33) and "millions of earths" (Moses 7:30). It also mentions a planet called Kolob, which is "nearest to the throne of God" (Abraham 3:9; ); Oliblish, which is second from the throne of God (Abraham, Facsimile 2:2); Enish-go-ondosh, which is "one of the governing planets also" (Abraham, Facsimile 2:5); Shinehah, "which is the sun" (Abraham 3:13); Kokob, "which is star" (Abraham 3:13); and kokaubeam, which is "all the great lights" (Abraham 3:13). It is unknown whether these terms refer to planets or stars which we are currently aware of within our galaxy or solar system or if they remain undiscovered by man.

Does the Mormon god live on planet kolab?

No. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the 'Mormon' church) believe that God resides in heaven. Where exactly 'heaven' is remains unknown. A rarely used book of Mormon scripture describes a planet called 'Kolob' which is said to be "nearest to the throne of God". It never says that God lives there, only that it is the closest planet to where God lives.

What planet does God inhabit according to LDS?

Mormon scripture and doctrine never says that God lives on a planet. It does state that a planet or star called Kolob is 'the nearest to the throne of God', but that is all that is known. Most Mormons assume that God lives on a planet of some sort, but this place is never given a name nor described.

Is god from another planet mormon belief?

No. The doctrine and scripture of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) never says that God lives on another planet. It does briefly mention that a planet called 'Kolob' is "nearest to the throne of God" (see Pearl of Great Price, Abraham Chapter 3), but it does not say that God lives there, only that He lives near there. Mormons believe that God lives in the Celestial Kingdom of Heaven, where all mankind may dwell with Him if they choose to obey Him.
