England's motto is or was Dieu et mon Droit (French for 'God and my Right').

This motto was first used by Richard I in 1198, and was adopted as the royal motto by Henry VI.

As for the motto of the UK, I know that they launched an appeal for suggestions for one back in 2007, but as yet no results.

No, there is no official English national anthem. They often use the United Kingdom and Commonwealth anthem 'God Save The Queen'.
