the reason it has a problem is this: you have 493 master balls.
to catch what you want, well heres the instructions:
find the pokemons # (ill do darkrai)
then you throw away the # of master balls to make the pkmns # (i throw away 1)
hold down L and go into the grass ( i see a darkrai)
to regain master balls, hold L + R
