HI Everyone!! I have tested the above code and can safely say that it works. You do infact get a celebi, that is shiny(it's pink instead of green). And yes, I manually put in all 40 lines of code. I have seen alot of bunk codes on this site. And I would have been really uber angry if this one would have been bogus, but it is not!! The celebi was in the "PC", In "BOX1", holding a "MOON STONE". It is level 100, and knows the moves "Hydro Cannon", "Hydro Pump", "Mega Kick", & "Horn Drill". I don't believe a "real" celebi knows these moves being a grass- psychic type, but it is a celebi none the less. HOWEVER, I am currently unaware if celebi will transfer to ruby/saphirre/firered/leafreen/diamond or pearl since at present, in emerald, I have not received the national dex yet. The same deal happens with my Mew, Ho-Oh & Lugia. Let me know if anyone was able to trade after receiving the national dex. It would help alot for EVERYONE!!!

I don't know for certain, but I believe there was an event for Celebi a while back. That was the only legitimate way to get Celebi in Platinum without trading it from another game. The only other way to get it is to use an action replay code (or gameshark). That's how I did it! XD
