Keep in mind more mass is not good for a combat frogman. The ideal height is about 5'8"-5'10" 160-175 lbs. These guys are lean and nimble. Not big and clumsy. I have known Seals in special detail to be around 5'5" 125 lbs. Depends on your specialty of expertise I guess.
