I'm hispanic too. I'm not really very sure, but I'm turning 12 in May 2 and my height is 5 "1." My cousin who is turning 12 in a few days is 5 "8." She's way taller than me. My other cousin who is turning twelve in may too, is like 5 "3." And my other cousin who is turing 12 in July is 5"3" too. We are all hispanic/Mexicans, But we come from tall families and for our gender we are all over height. But the average would for a hispanic 12 year old girl in Mexico would probably be about 4"5."
