Just use the VS seeker on tough trainers and if they would like to fight you then you'll have many exp. points!!!! If you're looking for battle points (from the battle tower) I would suggest getting a Starmie and teaching it hydro pump, thunder bolt, and ice beam. Then do single battles until you get to the Tower Tycoon (21st battle). Beat his pokemon, and then you get 20 battle points. Lose against the next trainer, and repeat.
