What is the difference between Hancock unrated and rated?

Rated R means that kids should not bw watching it. Unrated means it is perverted and ussally udults should not even watch.

^^^This is not necessarily true. Rated R means that no one under 17 should be watching it, yes. Unrated means that the content simply has not been rated. I've seen plenty of unrated movies that weren't perverted, for the record. Unrated means that it is the original content of the movie including things that were just taken out for time. Whether or not the content of an unrated film is perverted or not depends on the film itself, not whether it's unrated or just rated R.

FOR EXAMPLE: Saw VII had to be re-edited several times to be brought down to an R rating (otherwise it would be rated NC-17, which is an entirely different rating than simply "unrated"). If the original director's cut was released, it would be considered unrated. However, Step Up 3 also had to be edited, cutting out a lot of the dances so that it wouldn't be too long for someone to sit through. If the original director's cut of that movie were released, it would also be considered unrated, since only the theatrical version shown in theaters is given a rating. Does this mean that the uncut version of Step Up 3 is perverted and something adults shouldn't even watch? No.

The difference is in about the first 10 min. Displays Hancocks sexual prowess. Also there is more profanity in the unrated verson.
